Making a difference in peoples’ lives is a value she holds dear. Sarah believes every person can achieve whatever they set their mind to accomplish.

Sarah’s experience as a full-time, stay-at-home mom drives her to help other women realize how the skills they achieve as stay-at-home moms translate into the business world. Sarah worked her way up in the business world through hard work and determination. Sarah educated herself through taking business classes to prepare her for entering the professional workforce. She is passionate about helping women maximize their full potential and see themselves in management and executive leadership roles. As a seasoned professional in the United States Intelligence Community, Sarah is a role-model for other women striving to enter the professional workforce.

Sarah is a mother to four children and a grandmother to one granddaughter. Her family is the driving force behind her desire to be the best. In addition, achieving work-life balance is an integral part of her success. Sarah volunteers as a CASA advocate for the State of Virginia, a mentor for children at Youth for Tomorrow, and provides community outreach and in-house work for Carried to Full Term. Through her volunteer work, she demonstrates her passion for helping women and children.

Sarah’s education includes a B.S. in Organizational Leadership and an MBA from Penn State University. She earned her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in 2014.
